DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSIONS IS FRIDAY, MAY 22.
We are all living in tough times right now, aren't we? We are missing our friends and all our activities - but we are looking forward to the day our Stay at Home is over!

SBCC IS SPONSORING A KID'S POSTER CONTEST FOR A CHANCE TO WIN GIFT CERTIFICATES FROM 4 LOCAL BUSINESSES. Prizes are chosen by a draw from participants' names.

Here are the guidelines: 
  1. Draw, paint or collage your poster on 8 1/2 x 11 drawing paper, canvas or just plain paper
  2. Include the title 'The First Thing I Will Do When Stay at Home is Over',  not too large, on your poster.
  3. Include in small writing your name and grade on the front, bottom, right hand corner.
  4. Be creative! Be crafty! Do you best work! Your poster will be included in both a digital online book AND a printed version at the Spencerville Library.
  5. Parents can help with the lettering, but children must do their own artwork.
  6. Once you have created your masterpiece, take a picture using a smart phone or iPad.
  7. Be careful how you hold your phone or tablet when taking the picture. Make sure your photo is square and not crooked. Parents can help with this too.
  8. Parent(s) send me an email, or PM me. as outlined below, filling in the information required and then attach the photo.
